Depending on the event chosen, we offer the following payment methods:
Cash payment. You can pay for your order at company office or in cash to the courier upon delivery.
Cashless settlement. This option is available to both legal bodies and private individuals, resident in the Russian Federation.
Bank card payment. You can pay for your order with VISA/MasterCard credit cards. After inquiry confirmation, you will be able to pay for the order from your private account with a bank card. Payer data security level during payment authorized processing centre.
E-money. You can pay with e-money such as PayPal and WebMoney. After inquiry confirmation, you will be given the details for payment.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer all the above payment methods for all events. The final price of all products and services on the web-site is the same for all payments methods.
Depending on the selected event, e-tickets are available. After payment within 24 hours, an e-ticket will be sent to your email. You just need to print it on the printer.
You can pick up your pre-paid tickets at company offices in the city where the event is hosted.
Delivery to cities in the Russian Federation and other countries is handles by UPS and SPSR Express – at the expense of the recipient – according to tariffs set by the selected company, unless other terms are specified.
Tickets to events hosted outside the Russian Federation can be also delivered to said address in a city where the event is to be hosted 1-5 days before the event, unless other terms are specified. Nevertheless, every effort will be made to deliver the tickets as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer all of the above delivery methods for all events. Please specify shipping tariffs during when arranging your order with Unified booking system specialist.
Tickets’ returning is possible only in case of the event cancellation. Only the face value can be returned (after Company receives funds from the organizer) and 50% of the total cost of booking fees and delivery fees. Tickets can be returned within 3 days after the date of the event.
In case of an events date change Customer can return tickets no later than 10 days before the new date. Only the face value will be returned and 50% of the total cost of booking fees and delivery fees.
In case of an event change Customer can return tickets no later than 3 days prior to an event date. Only the face value will be returned and 10% of the total cost of booking fees and delivery fees. On the day of an event tickets are returned to the official box offices of the organizers.
When returning the tickets paid by credit card, funds are returned to the Customer’s card by bank transfer.
